We offer 30 days of paid-time-off on top of national holidays, no matter where you are based and which contract you have with us - we believe we should treat everyone equally.
Trust is the backbone of our culture, so it's up to you to set your work hours. We know work-life balance looks different to everyone, so feel free to adapt your schedule to your personal needs, be it family time or health and wellbeing.
You will have a budget of USD/EUR 1.000 per year to spend on any kind of learning and development activities - you are free to chose whatever is best for you.
You will receive a one-time payment of EUR 850 gross to purchase any equipment you need for your remote office. We provide you with a rental laptop which will be shipped to you.
With Sastrify, your office can be anywhere. We're all about remote work, accommodating multiple time zones and celebrating the flexibility it brings. Of course, we do have to stick to tax laws for each country.
Nothing beats in-person connections for supercharging team spirit. That's why we host two types of get-togethers: a company-wide event once a year and team-focused meetups twice a year. We aim for each Sastronaut to join in at least three times a year.
We spend a lot of our lives working, and with remote work, the line between work and personal life can blur. That's why we're working on mental health support programs. Improved mental wellbeing means improved work performance and happiness for all Sastronauts.
We’re a remote company but we fully believe in the power and importance of face-to-face connection and being together in one place. To us, remote does not mean ‘never together’. We have one annual all-co meet up where we get all Sastronauts together for a few days to bond and build the culture and social glue that is so important to us.
Additionally, each team gets together a few times throughout the year too. The cadence of these meetups is decided on a team-by-team basis.
We know there might be some people for whom travel is not an option or is far more complex and we strive to be as inclusive as possible around this. You’re welcome to address this topic during the interview process (chat to your recruiter for more on this).
