We are excited to announce a significant update to the Sastrify platform, designed to give you deeper insights and more control over your organization’s tool usage and spend. We are launching two powerful new features: HRIS Integrations and the Company Data Page.
Why Did We Build This?
At Sastrify, our mission is to help you manage and optimize your software stack efficiently. With our new HRIS integrations, you can now import organizational data such as departments, teams, cost centers, and employees directly into Sastrify. This enhancement allows you to:
- Understand which departments and employees are using specific tools, helping you manage access more effectively.
- Identify and manage tool spend by department and cost center, giving you better control over your budget.
Key Features of the First Release:
- 13 HR Integrations: Sastrify now offers integration with 13 leading HR systems, allowing you to seamlessly connect either single or multiple HR accounts to import your organizational data directly into the platform. These integrations include Workday, Personio, BambooHR, Hi Bob, Sage HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Deel, Factorial, Remote, Google Workspace, Okta HRIS, Entra ID, and Zoho People. These integrations are available on all our plans with multiple account support only available on our Pro and Platinum plan.
- Company Data Page: The new Company Data Page serves as a centralized hub where you can efficiently manage your organization’s data. It features three distinct tabs that allow you to view and manage imported employees, departments, and cost centers in an organized and intuitive manner. This page simplifies the process of accessing and analyzing your company’s structural information, enhancing your ability to make informed decisions.
- Assignment of company data to tools and subscriptions: Sastrify enables you to easily assign imported departments, cost centers, and tool owners to specific tools directly from the tool stack and tool details pages. This functionality helps you ensure that the right tools are allocated to the correct organizational units and personnel.
- Department Pages: With the new Department Pages, you can now see a detailed breakdown of employees, tools, and associated spending for each department.
- Cost Center Pages: The Cost Center Pages offer a clear and detailed view of employees, tools, and spending by cost center. This level of visibility enables you to manage and track expenditures effectively, ensuring that costs are allocated correctly and that financial resources are used efficiently across the organization.
- Manager Assignments: Sastrify’s new feature allows you to assign department and cost center managers directly from the Company Data Page.
