Diversity in vendor options is vital, especially when considering new tool purchases or renewals. To that end, we've amplified our Procurement Initiatives.
This enhancement allows for more flexibility in procurement scenarios, enabling you to involve multiple vendors in your decision-making process.
Say, for instance, you're contemplating renewing a particular tool; this feature gives you the option to evaluate other tools in terms of price and features to ensure you get the best deal.
Additionally, if you're looking to acquire a new tool, Sastrify's enhanced feature lets you assess multiple options before making a solid business case for approval.
While we’re releasing Multi-Vendor Procurement Initiatives as a Beta feature, you can anticipate its public launch soon. In the meantime, current customers can request its activation at the account level.
A Revamped Renewal Experience
Renewals shouldn't be a headache, and that's why we've introduced and enhanced a series of features to uplift your renewal management experience.
Now, you can tailor the frequency of your renewal reminders through our new Notification Settings Page, ensuring you always stay ahead of the curve.
Plus, our improved Renewal Reminder Emails come with the added advantage of enabling you to initiate actions directly from these communications, such as opening a procurement initiative, opting for automatic renewal, or phasing out the tool upon reaching the renewal date.
Furthermore, the Renewal Actions Visibility feature keeps you informed about the current renewal status of a tool, counting down to its renewal date and allowing you to take action directly from the tool’s interface.
Companies manage approximately 100 SaaS renewals every year. Keeping track of them all is seriously difficult and the consequences are significantly impactful. For this reason, we continue to invest in visibility and communication features.
