Now all the information you need is available and accessible from one place.

Enhancements Include:

• Innovative Form Builder for Admins: Create bespoke forms perfectly aligned with your procurement needs.
• Enhanced User Interaction: Tool requesters and owners can now effortlessly fill out, save drafts, and submit forms within a Procurement Initiative.
• Improved Collaborative Features: Requesters and approvers can view and edit submitted forms, bolstering transparency and efficiency.

This feature is live from January 25th exclusively for our Pro and Platinum customers.

Usage analytics direct integration: Zendesk

Zendesk users can now celebrate as Sastrify introduces a direct integration for usage analytics. Available exclusively to our Pro and Platinum customers, this integration enables you to connect Zendesk with Sastrify, providing deeper insights and elevating your customer service to new heights.

Empowering Customers to Control their Spend

Introducing “Spend Import” – a feature accessible to all Sastrify users. This page enables you to meticulously review and correct discrepancies in your spend data from accounting tools. 

Ensure your financial reports accurately reflect your expenditures, empowering informed decision-making and effective financial management.

Updates to CSM communications

Sastrify is an internal collaboration platform for buying and managing software, where teams can interact (tag, comment, reply) with their coworkers and stakeholders. To reflect this and encourage internal collaboration, the following areas of the Sastrify platform have been updated:

• Feed Comments: CSMs can no longer be tagged.
• Procurement Initiative: CSMs can no longer be tagged or assigned as Collaborator or Assignee for initiatives.

Okta catalog inclusion

Platinum plan users, experience a smoother and more secure login process with Sastrify now part of the Okta catalog of integrations. This addition eliminates the need for traditional login methods, enhancing your security and convenience.
